Shipping Delivery

1.What are the steps before my order being delivered?

We will begin processing your order when payment is received. After we send out your order, we will email you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address.

Your order goes through the following steps before delivery to you:

Transmitted your order to the packing/shipping department (or one of our distributors), and collected your requested product/s from our suppliers, which needs 1-5 business days.
The order is waiting to get packaged, which needs 1-2 days.
The order is packaged and shipped to carrier (e.g. Hong Kong Post, DHL, UPS etc), which needs 1 day.
The order is being transmitted via Hong Kong Post or DHL, which needs 1-3 weeks.

2.What are the Shipping methods for delivery items?

our website is trying the best to provide the safest and fastest shipment for you. We will deliver your items after we have received your payment within24 hours. Our default courier services are Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, DHL and UPS. For countries and regions not served by theses couriers, other delivery methods will be used instead. If you have special request for the courier, please write a note when you checkout, or email your requests to support#neasel.com(please # change @).
3.How long can the order arrive to the destination?

The estimate delivery time is as follow:

Hong Kong Post/ Singapore Post (2-3 weeks): Applicable to ordinary parcel less than 1Kg.
DHL/UPS (1 week): Applicable to larger (more than 1Kg) or urgent orders.

If there is a possible delay due to the warehouse being out of stock, we’ll contact you by email to discuss sending out your order in separate shipments, changing products, or other options.

Larger orders that exceed our stock may take up to 1 week longer to send out, as we have to order from the factory. In such cases we will contact you about any delay.
4.How to calculate the Shipping Costs?

To see shipping Price, simply “Add to Cart” on any product page, then “Proceed to Checkout”. Once you are logged in, you can see all the shipping options and price for your cart contents and delivery address.

Shipping costs depend on your destination and the quantity/weight of goods you are buying. We can ship any quantity of goods to any destination.
All our shipping fees are calculated automatically according to either the actual kg weight of the goods or the goods’ dimensions, plus the delivery location.
The Air Waybill (formal shipping document) that accompanies your goods may show a kg weight that is less than the shipping band that you paid for. This happens when the item is light but bulky, so the shipping band is calculated by dimensions, not actual weight.
The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping companies and are subject to change without notice. We’re constantly working on lowering the shipping prices for you though!
All orders must be fully paid in advance, including shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable except in cases of failed delivery.

Note:

Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country, and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred.
No extra taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges are required when buying on our store. You pay us the amount shown on the screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
In some countries you may have to pay your own country’s VAT (i.e. Sales Tax, Duties and Customs Fees, etc) and sometimes variable Import Duty when the items arrive, but in the vast majority of cases packets / cartons delivered from China by courier arrive safely with no problems at all.
If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
When you received the parcel, please check carefully before you sign your name on the delivery invoice, you can refuse to accept it if you think it was damaged or missed something during the delivery, and you must email the details to us, so that we can ask compensate from our courier, and we can consider to ship new parcel or the missed parts to you.
If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before received, we will work with the courier directly to obtain information, and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no further expense to you.

Do you ship to Canada?

A: Yes we do ship offer shipping service to Canada, Please follow the instructions at check out and read our international shipping policy.

1. You can place the order directly on our website using Pay Pal/moneybookers or checking out Option.

2. All Canada Orders are shipped by FedEx International Economy. Due to our high shipping volume we have been able to lock in very good rates with FedEx International Shipments. Canada shipping rate will be estimated at check out, the shipping rate that is quoted by the website is what will be charged, we are unable to refund any shipping charges or make exceptions.. “Due to the High Shipping Cost All International SALES ARE FINAL.” This means we do not offer exchanges or refunds and our 30 Day Exchange Or Return Policy does not apply to your order.

A: We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been handed over to our warehouse. It is impossible to locate one order out of hundreds that are awaiting shipment.

Due to our high volume, All orders that are processed successfully go directly to the shipping floor within minutes after the order is placed to get it shipped to you as quick as possible. Q: The status of my order reads “Shipped” but there is no tracking activity on the tracking number in my account? Why ?
A: If your order is marked shipped and assigned a tracking number, this means your order has been submitted to our warehouse for shipment and is awaiting pick up from our carrier, the tracking number will have tracking activity within 48-72 business hours.

A: It can mean the following : There was a problem with your order when it was processed. Your address did not match with what’s on file with your credit card company or you did not type in the correct 3 digit Card ID on the back of your credit card.

It is pending verification.
Due to the high amount of fraudulent orders originating from different billing and ship to addresses your order will need to be approved to ship by our verification process. We ave been asked by Visa, Mastercard and American Express to only ship to the billing address. All orders consisting of two different addresses will be delayed until they are verified by our staff. Our verification department will get in contact with you to verify the order.
Please note that we may require additional identity verification and or Ask you to add the ship to address to your credit card file. If further validation is needed you may be contacted by our verification team – emails will be sent from LeatherUp.com.
